Ever wonder where that Sea Salt you use comes from? Well these aren't pictures of snow. :)

This is a Cherimoya

The Cherimoya is a fruit that has a soft white pulp with large black seeds. The pulp tastes very sweet. A little like vanilla custard. I was going to post a pic of the inside too but José ate it all before I had a chance. Maybe next time.
