A bowl full of cherries and pears oh my....

So is this an optical illusion?? Are the cherries the size of pears or the pears the size of cherries?
It's just a spanish thing. ; )

The Alhambra at night.

The first picture was taken about 8,30 at night and the second one an hour later. What a hike we had to make to get to a high spot to take this shot. I think we went up about 500 stairs.

Beautiful Granada

Had a great time taking Rochelle to the Alhambra in Granada. What a beautiful old city with a lot of history.

Sunset

Rochelle caught a great shot of the sun going down as we came home from La Marina.

Castle Villena

A nice visit with Rochelle to the Castle Villena and she took a great shot of the all famous Bull billboard which stands all over the country of Spain. Also, she captured a good shot of the tower of the castle with it's battle wounds where cannon balls had struck it. Having a great time with Rochelle, I will be sad when she leaves.

Thursday is Market day.

Rochelle had fun at the Open Markent, taking pictures of the fruits and vegetables and instantly made some friends.She said this has been one of her best days. Started at the Market, soaked up some sun on the terraza, great lunch, soaked up some more sun, great work out at the gym, out for taking some pictures and got to talk with her hubby on Skype. A very good day.

Stair master?

Another pic of Rochelle's. She will find a way to exercise no matter where she goes. Although she didn't have permission I don't think the firemen would have objected too much. Let's hope anyway.

Rochelle and I

Having a great time with Rochelle visiting. She really likes the sun, me too. She spent her first day in Madrid on her own, well sort of, I hooked her up with a friend of mine that knows some english and she and her friends had a good time. It is really nice to have her here visiting. I will really miss her when she leaves.

El Pinet

Found a great little spot with a cafetería right next to the beach. Had a great time studying my spanish and then took a nice casual walk along the beach. It was buenisimo!! (very very good)
