Corazón de Jesús
Out for a walk we passed this church, I just have to share. It was simply lovely. The name of the Church is Corazón de Jesús. (Heart of Jesus) José says he thinks it is the most lovely Church in Elche.

I found Peanut Butter!
I know it may seem a little silly but I was excited to find Peanut Butter in the store we frequent. As you can see it is a small jar. It is not in all stores here in Spain, only major chains and only in the "foreigner food" aisle. I think I shall bake some peanut butter cookies to show the students how great it can be. The other thing I found I enjoy a lot are these soft rolls. They look like a mini hoagie roll. Very common in Spain is the baguette with it's hard crust, but I like the soft bread. Not sure about the brand name. A peanut butter and honey roll is my favorite food right now.
